Your melee attacks and your offensive spell casts have a chance to create a rune beneath the target which inflicts 100 Fire damage every 1 sec for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds the run will explode, dealing additional 1000 Fire damage to enemies within the rune and knocking them up. This effect cannot occure more than once every 10 seconds.
